2. Orders

(a) When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) for the price listed.

(b) We may, at our discretion, accept or reject an order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.

(c) It is your responsibility to check the order details, including selected products, delivery details, and pricing, before you submit your order.

(d) All purchases are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or subject to a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Price and Payment

(a) All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.

(b) We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). We do not store your credit card details.

(c) Prices displayed are in GBP (£). If you are viewing from another region, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but all transactions are processed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

(a) We deliver to the areas set out on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates based on our courier partners.

(b) Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically delivered via standard delivery within 3–7 business days from dispatch, following processing.

(c) Risk in the products passes to you as soon as they are delivered to the address provided in your order.

(d) Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email within 1-2 business days. You can track your order using the link provided or via our Track Your Order page.

5. Returns & Hygiene Policy

(a) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn items for a refund or exchange.

(b) For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on earrings (including studs, hoops, huggies, and drops) if they are unworn and in their original condition. Worn earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

(c) Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

6. Warranty

(a) We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty on all items covering manufacturing defects (e.g., loose stones, faulty clasps).

(b) This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear (scratches, dents).
  • Oxidation or tarnishing of silver (this is a natural process).
  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Loss or theft.

7. Intellectual Property

(a) All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Falienne and is protected by international copyright laws. (b) You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or Site without express written permission from us. 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
