2. Orders
(a) When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) for the price listed.
(b) We may, at our discretion, accept or reject an order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
(c) It is your responsibility to check the order details, including selected products, delivery details, and pricing, before you submit your order.
(d) All purchases are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or subject to a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Price and Payment
(a) All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.
(b) We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). We do not store your credit card details.
(c) Prices displayed are in GBP (£). If you are viewing from another region, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but all transactions are processed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery
(a) In-stock pieces normally arrive within 2-4 working days of your order. Pieces marked Restocking normally dispatch within 3-8 working days. The timing for each piece is shown on the product page and in your bag.
(b) Delivery times are estimates. Royal Mail tracked delivery normally takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
(c) Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address provided in your order.
(d) Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

5. Returns & Hygiene Policy
(a) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn items for a refund or exchange.
(b) For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings (including studs, hoops, huggies and drops) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Ear cuffs are not covered by this exclusion and may be returned under clause (a).
(c) Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

6. Warranty
(a) We provide a two-year colour guarantee covering tarnishing, fading and colour loss under normal wear.
(b) We also provide a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering manufacturing faults, including faulty clasps, loose settings and broken joins.
(c) These protections do not cover accidental damage, scratches, loss, theft, normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by prolonged contact with harsh chemicals.
(d) These protections are in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Intellectual Property
(a) All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Falienne and is protected by international copyright laws. (b) You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or Site without express written permission from us.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
