General Daily Care
The Golden Rule: Last On, First Off.
To protect the lustre of your jewellery, put your pieces on last - after you've applied lotions, perfumes, and hairspray. Chemicals in beauty products can react with metals and plating, dulling them gradually over time.
When you're done for the day, take your jewellery off first before your evening routine. Simple habit, significant difference.
Our materials
Falienne jewellery uses a 316L surgical-grade stainless-steel base. Gold pieces have an 18K PVD finish, while silver pieces keep their polished steel finish.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. You can wear it while washing your hands, exercising and showering. Shampoo, conditioner and body products can leave residue, so rinse the piece with clean water and pat it dry afterwards.
Avoid direct or prolonged contact with perfume, hairspray, bleach, cleaning sprays and other harsh chemicals. After swimming in the sea or a pool, rinse the piece with fresh water and dry it before storing.
How do I clean it?
Use warm water, a small amount of mild soap and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing.
How to Store Your Jewellery
A little home for your treasures.
When you're not wearing your pieces, the best place for them is in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight.
We recommend storing pieces individually, either in a box or soft pouch, to prevent them from scratching against each other and to minimise any tarnishing over time.
Humidity isn't ideal for any jewellery, so a proper storage spot makes a real difference.

Two-year colour guarantee
Your piece is covered against tarnishing, fading and colour loss under normal wear for two years from purchase.
12-month manufacturing warranty
Manufacturing faults, including faulty clasps, loose settings and broken joins, are covered for 12 months from purchase.
These protections do not cover accidental damage, scratches, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or prolonged contact with harsh chemicals. They are in addition to your statutory rights.
