Depending on the design, pieces are finished with either:
18K PVD gold plating for a rich gold look, or a polished silver-tone finish over stainless steel.

All finishes are designed to be durable and suitable for everyday wear. With thoughtful care, they help maintain their colour and appearance over time, including during normal day-to-day exposure to moisture.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on earrings (including studs, huggies, hoops, and drops) if they are unworn and in their original condition. If earrings have been worn, we cannot accept a return unless they are faulty.
If your earrings arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

We offer fully tracked shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by standard delivery taking 3–7 business days from dispatch.

During busier periods (such as seasonal sales or public holidays), couriers may experience minor delays. We’ll always provide tracking so you can follow your order’s progress.

Falienne jewellery is made from stainless steel and we avoid common base metals like copper and brass. Many people find stainless steel is comfortable for everyday wear, but sensitivities can vary from person to person.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £40.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
