Refunds & Exchanges
At Falienne, we want you to completely adore every piece you add to your collection. However, we understand that sometimes a piece isn't quite the right fit.
If you have had a change of heart, we offer a refund or store credit for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unmarked, and in its original condition.
- Packaging: It must be returned in the original box or pouch.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Label: We are pleased to offer free returns. Simply contact us at contact@falienne.com, and we will email you a prepaid return label to download and print.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings (including studs, hoops, huggies, and drops) once they have been worn, unless they are faulty.
This ensures that every pair of earrings you receive from Falienne is brand new and unworn.
We also cannot accept returns on:
Gift Cards
Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Make a Return
- 1. Email our team at contact@falienne.com with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- 2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct returns address and instructions.
- 3. Securely pack your item in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items & Warranty
Quality is our priority. All Falienne jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Note:
This warranty does not cover lost items, general wear and tear (such as scratches), or damage caused by improper care or misuse.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
