What does the 2-year guarantee cover?

Our two-year colour guarantee covers tarnishing, fading and colour loss under normal wear.

A separate 12-month manufacturing warranty covers faults such as faulty clasps, loose settings and broken joins. These protections do not cover accidental damage, scratches, loss, normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by prolonged contact with harsh chemicals. They are in addition to your statutory rights.

Will it tarnish?

I have sensitive skin - will I react to it?

Almost certainly not. 316L surgical-grade stainless steel is the same material used in medical implants - it has an extremely low nickel release rate, well within UK and EU safety limits. The vast majority of our customers who have reacted to jewellery before wear Falienne without any issue. If you have a severe diagnosed nickel allergy, it is worth checking with your GP, but for general metal sensitivity this is the right choice.
